See them dancing on the hiltops, Whirling wildly in the dark of night. Hear them chanting of the Goddess, Tall, serene and full of light. Hear them baying at the shadows, Dressing trees with ebon robes. Feel them calling to the hidden; Children of the Ancient Gods.

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. I just finished watching an amazing film called Whaledreamers. Not a new message, but certainly one that clearly needs repeated reminding. This past week in D. a trans woman and her friend were stabbed in the middle of the afternoon.

All the thoughts of a turtle, are turtle. My sweet husband surprised me with this lovely little swan when he got home from work last night. Roses from our backyard will be finding their way to this vase during the summer months, I do believe.

A religion, old or new, that stressed the magnificence of the Universe as revealed by modern science might be able to draw forth reserves of reverence and awe hardly tapped by the conventional faiths. Sooner or later, such a religion will emerge. Friday, September 6, 2013.
