Thursday, August 6, 2015. Best Coffee Cake in the World. I remembered the book it came from and called my mom for the recipe. Unfortunately, she no longer had the book. After talking to my sister about it on her visit here, she arrived home and was cleaning her kitchen. She found the blue cookbook, Joy of Cooking. She found the messy food grungy page. I made up the recipe immediately and enjoyed every bite of the cake. Dan even complained when it was gone, so I made another! Quick, Rich, Moist Coffee Cake.
