Last Friday 13th June 2008 YF had a steamboat dinner in church. we had it on the rooftop which is a very nice place. unfortunately, we couldnt get the spotlight to work. so, we had our dinner in the dark. a romantic dinner under the stars. woohoo! I know you can relate! So I ate a bigger than normal late lunch and was super full ALL afternoon. I decided to try to run at 5pm for about 4 miles while Jeff took the kids to the Y. I normally go early in the morning which is my optimal time to work out, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
