Wednesday, March 8, 2017. You take risks and you face the consequences. Tomorrow I am having surgery on my left wrist. I have carpal tunnel syndrome in my left wrist. My right wrist suffered similarly but I had that one fixed up years ago. I wish it were from too much writing and too much composing on the computer. When I was six, my neighbor worked there, so that is where my parents took me when I broke my arm.

What a wonderful Christmas we had with family! About a week before Christmas we packed up the SUV and headed south. right into a blizzard! Yes, we were forced to stay an extra day at our hotel in Fredricksburg, VA. Thank goodness for the indoor heated pool! Its always nice to spend the holidays with family but this year was extra special because we had everyone present on Christmas Eve.
Last summer, I made the decision to disconnect. I logged off Facebook and Instagram for the summer and I did not check my email for ten long weeks. I read only the books I felt like reading and wrote only the things I felt like writing. The result was one of the happiest summers of my lifetime.

No es así para todo el mundo, pero si para muchos. Escoger, elegir o tomar una decisión sobre algo importante, implica en teoría rehusar a las opciones que no han sido escogidas, y ahí reside el conflicto. Porque en ello subyace la idea de que podríamos habernos equivocado, y esa es la fuente del conflicto y la indecisión.
