Tuesday, October 27, 2009. The last leg; Cordoba and Madrid. People recommend making Cordoba a day trip from Seville but we decided to stay two nights and get a feel for the place. We were glad we did as it is a sweet town to explore and has a number of nice restaurants and bars. It also has a huge number of souvenir shops and many tourists there during the day, especially Japanese tour groups for some reason.
We are a couple in our 60s, living in Sydney, Australia. Nick retired in 2002, after many years working in university administration, and Lynn retired in 2008 from a senior position in Special Education in one of the Catholic dioceses in Sydney. We are now at a stage of our lives when we are able to travel. We take our cameras as we travel around Australia, and sometimes find something worth sharing. we had a five night break in Singapore.

Delights and Disasters of the Day. For 2014, we headed to the capital of our state, Jefferson City, MO. We decided to wear one of our previously made Sibling Day t-shirts. I mean, really, we wear them once a year.
