Środa, 11 stycznia 2017. Schudłam w trzy tygodnie cztery kilo. Choć pewnie nie można tu mówić jedynie o chudnięciu. Obstawiam, że większość tego, to po prostu woda. Liczą się liczby na wadze oraz fakt, że czuję się lekko. Może jeszcze to, że chodzę okropnie głodna. Skłamałabym mówiąc, że nie podoba mi się to uczucie. W dziwnym punkcie obecnie jestem. Czuję ostatnio, jakby jakiś kamień spadł mi z serca.
