If a student does not have access to a computer or the internet at home, then they can find internet access at a library or community center. Not having a computer at home is no excuse for never learning how to use technology. He made me want to take his algebra class.

I feel that most students can find access through public libraries, friends, or special arrangements can be made. I dont think that it is fair to students to use the lack of outside access to limit their technological advancement. So I would say no, outside access is not a problem. Monday, August 2, 2010.
