I did decide to make the icing and assemble the houses ahead of time, which proved prudent, since it took me two boxes of crackers and over an hour to construct our seven houses. But my effort was worth it and we had lots of fun decorating our houses! .
Figuring it out along the way. As everyone knows, we arrived back stateside on Friday. Now to get back into the grind. George starts work on Tuesday, August 18 th. We ended our trip with a day and night in Singapore. Our friend Linwen currently lives there so we met him that evening for dinner. Durian pudding - I had to try it! After roughing it for about five weeks, Bali was the perfect ending to our trip.
Saturday, April 13, 2013. Thanksgiving can be a tough time of year for me to be away from family. It was such a blessing to be remembered and to celebrate in such a special way with friends.
