Due to worktravel commitments training has taken a back seat over the last 4 weeks. To add injury to insult I slipped chasing Gaz. Steps during a stair-sprint sess. My brother welcomed a new member to their family a week ago. He is super cute! Our sweet Grandpa Clair passed away today. He will be greatly missed but I know that he is looking down on us.
