Thursday, July 10, 2014. Have you heard of the 3 Day Refresh? Well I started it today. I did the a Refresh for a couple reasons, I just got back from a weekend in a cabin where I was glutinous and I will be going to the beach in a few days so I wanted to drop a few pounds. Everyone I know of who has done it has dropped between 5-9. 5 lbs! Want to learn more? How awesome.
