Senin, Agustus 24, 2009. Di ultah ku ini, banyak sekali aku mendapatkan kejutan, walaupun jauh dari keluarga aku, tapi disini aku memiliki keluarga juga, walaupun bukan keluarga sesungguhnya. Depending on the temperature of the ganache, it can be use to pour over the cake, to use it for frosting and to sandwich the cake. I used this ganache to pour over chocolate mud cake.
