Sunday, February 19, 2012. This is my only journaling I do so I better get back at it. For now, the work on my flip house is almost done and it will be listed to sell this week. I am excited and I really think I did a good job of finding a good deal, staying on budget and schedule, and think I will make good money with it.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Hi, well as usual it has been probably two years or close since I have entered anything on my blog. I love the seattle area! Wow really because it took her something like 20 hours to get there. We then went out to see an antique town! And a bike helmet on his head. Not sure what that was all about but figure he is not all there.
