Thursday, May 4, 2017. Just before Mary Clare was born we took a day trip to Fossil Rim. You get to drive through a safari park and feed the animals. Kids all loved it! Was afraid that Ellie would be terrified but she was in heaven! Went to check out the dinosaur tracks at Dinosaur Valley Park down the road. They had so much fun playing in the river! Saturday, October 25, 2014. Back in February, while my mom was in Birmingham waiting for Camille to make her appearance, we got a call that my grandmother had a stroke. My mother raced to Texas as fast as she could and was able to spend a couple of days with her mother before having to say goodbye. My grandfather was actually in the hospital at the same time with a broken hip. My mom was able to kidnap him from his room, so that he was able to say goodbye to his wife of 70 years.
