Thursday, December 6, 2012. I like to try something new at Christmas. This year I decided to try stollen. I have never made it and when I was at brother Ron and sister in law Minas place this last week, Katie made stollen. They make it every year. I got their recipe and adapted it a bit to make it more like raisin bread with lots of other stuff in it. I had almonds, dried fruit etc. I think it turned out well, considering Eric and I ate almost one loaf between us for supper. Scarlet was put into the sink.CONTENT
