Sunday, December 6, 2009. Grandpa and Grandma Thompson Visit. We are so glad that they are well and able to travel. Last year they were not so fortunate as Grandma was fighting breast cancer and had to go through radiation. It was a hard year for her. We are so grateful for her recovery.
Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Day 2 in Cape Town turned out lovely. We got up, rented a car and left Cape Town and headed south towards Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Here is a map for you to all figure out where we are! Boulder Beach - where all the penguins are. This is our rental car, tiny and fun! It was sure fun to watch Ben drive from the passenger side, and a standard transmission, and then on the opposite side of the road - make the day into an adventure. Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
