Friday, July 31, 2015. Shipping Advice For Artist-Type People Who Ship Stuff. Recently I had to ship a couple of commissions and I made some BIG mistakes when it came to shipping. For one, I guessed. What it would cost to ship these pieces. I was wrong, of course. Wrong for guessing and wrong about the cost. Wrong about the latter, the cost. Just a big ball of wrongness all around.
Yes, I do commissions! In fact, it is one of my most favorite things to do. What a unique gift to give to yourself or to someone else. What a very special and magical way to immortalize a special place. I can either come to your location and take the photographs. Or you can send me your photographs.
Artist Reception regretfully cancelled due to unexpected dental surgery! After a very successful December 2013 show, it is my very distinct pleasure to announce that. I have been invited back again this year! Historic Berlin, Maryland. December 8th - January 5th. My artwork will be exhibited for sale throughout the entire building.
