Saturday, June 13, 2009. Hahaha finally bought my favourite jellybeans! The first and last time i bought it was like in sec 4 i think, cos i remember eating it in class with chen yun. So far, my favourite flavours are mint sorbet and bubblegum! The cinnamon one was so disgusting that i had to spit it out halfway. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Last Halloween, a five-year-old girl showed up at my doorstep wearing a tube top, miniskirt, platform shoes and eye shadow. The outfit projected a rather tawdry sexuality. I had a dizzying flashback to an image of a child prostitute I had seen in Cambodia, in a disturbingly similar outfit.

A Courtyard in the Shiraz Bazaar. On my way back from Persepolis, we stopped at the Naqsh-e-Rostam, the tombs of several Achmedian Kings, including Xerxes and Darius the Great. The tombs were carved high into the cliffs overlooking the dusty plains below. The silence was complete and the vista spectacular. What a wonderful and glorious place to spend an eternity. The resting place of Darius the Great.
