Thursday, June 4, 2009. Yesterday we transferred out to Orpheus Island to conduct research. Oh, that went well. First we went out in the morning to watch fish. I got very thirsty and Laura and I found NO FISH AT ALL! This time we had to conduct several transects. Thursday, June 18, 2009. The whole trip was amazing. We got to do so many activities. The thing that I liked the most was the Great Barrier Reef and the Moonlit Sanctuary. Those two were my favorite. Wow! The Moonlit Sanctuary was awesome. There were so many cute and cool animals. There was a wombat by the name of Rita. There were also wallabies and so many of them. Sunday, June 14, 2009. Though the trip has ended, the memories I had in Australia will never end. But to recap the trip, here are my top five favorite adventures in Australia. Above the trees at the Otway Fly it made me feel incredibly tall, but also incredibly scared of falling over the side. But that would not happen, we were perfectly safe. Never in a million years would I think a banana is a flower.
