Saturday, October 18, 2014. A few months later we moved to the East Coast of Virginia. Not planned when we stood at the edge of the canyon and that promise was made. And the many times we planned vacation time to the beach, our son reminded me of that promise to go the the Grand Canyon. Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Korean beef ribs are absolutely delicious, they are sweet and savory and awesome! However, the actual Korean short ribs are hard to come by and so once upon a time I came across this recipe to create a ground beef bowl with the Korean BBQ beef marinade and I never went back to the ribs.
