Wednesday, May 27, 2009. I made it to Alabama! Right now, I have one to two month wait to start the first course. Flight school is backed up that we get here, do all our in-processing and then wait. We show up to physical training in the morning and then a formation at 1100 then done for the day. So, I am going to take up some hobbies like golf and tv watching. Saturday, October 10, 2009. Its really quite in the house today. But my family left yesterday and the absence of the bickering and laughing and general sounds of a group of crazy people that love each other too much, is so deafening that it makes my heart hurt. So i started back at work two weeks ago and its kinda rough. this last stint was my first time on umemployment and surprisingly enough its SUPER easy to get used to getting money for nothing. Now having to actually go somewhere that doesnt involve the beach or aimlessly surfing the internet, almost seems torturous! I am mostly kidding of course. Friday, August 29, 2008. We started out with evaluating a casualty and determining if anything can be done. This was pretty cool, and was in addition to the normal CLS training.
