We took our kids and our nephew mountain biking today at the VASA singletrack in Traverse City, MI. It is one of my favorite trails and there is a really short loop option that we took the kids on. Pretty proud of a 2 year-old and two 4 year-olds riding their bikes 3k! For the parents it was more of a work-out of patience than legs, but it was worth it! Mom and Ge.

Kamis, 20 September 2007. Kalo Kakak Miyong sempat muntah di karpet mesjid Nurul Iman Deptan, aku gak mau kalah. Tadi malam, aku ikut sholat taraweh di mushola Nyai di belakang rumah. Aku ditemenin suster, krn Ayahbundaku belum tiba di rumah. Karena aku main sama kakak-kakak yang ada di mushola itu, dorong-dorongan heheheh padahal mereka lebih gedhe-gedhe lho. Ada yang sudah kelas 1 dan 2 SD. Akhirnya aku capek dan batuk-batuk.

Saturday, October 11, 2008. Premature babies experience feelings of pain rather than simply displaying reflex reactions, a study says. Experts have never been sure how a premature baby responds. To pain, the Journal of Neuroscience reported. But a team from University College London found that they do feel pain after analyzing brain scans taken when blood samples were being drawn. They hope the findings will lead to more formal plans for managing pain in premature babies.
