Pearl Verses the World by Sally Murphy. Wednesday, May 6, 2009 by Just Listen. Pearl Verses the World is not the kind of book I would pick up in a bookstore. The cover, though adorable is too childish for my tastes and I started the story with that mind set. The novel is directed at younger readers, but I still managed to enjoy it.

After reading the book, I felt the book was not the best but definitely not the worst. Parts of the story irritated me, but I will not mention them for spoiling the book for readers.

Entréen har længe huset mine gamle kufferter, hatte, stokke og paraplyer, i dag lavede jeg kuffertmærker og printede gamle billetter ud. En ramme fik ny historie at fortælle med min mors gamle blondehandsker. Nu mangler jeg bare at få lavet gamle billeder fra stationenes historie til mine andre rammer.
