Life was getting very simple, routine, and calm. So I was open to the idea of writing another book, and the first month or so flowed easily. Gee, when I write about something I might grow? We moved 1000 miles away from our friends and family and just had a new baby. Monday, February 07, 2011. OK Last week went ok, but we had a few hiccups. I am going to try putting my meal plan online before the fact. My challenge over the past couple weeks is that I have been making really yummy foods that are not the best for my waistline. This week, and for the next 3 weeks, I am going to try to be really strict with my diet and see if I can lose 10lbs.
