It will take me a while to get all of them sorted and posted, but here are a few! A Little Spare Time. So, I have been so very busy this past week and a half that on my free day today I slept in! You wouldnt think that that would be such a big deal, but I needed it! So, we went to the Hampton Court Palace the other day! It was the palace where King Henry VIII himself lived!

The Family Dog

Friday, January 18, 2013. Well, we finally did it! In December, we welcomed Karl, a Landseer pup, to our family. He is the cutest fluff ball ever! When we got Karl, he was 7 weeks old and weighed in at 20 pounds! He is now almost 35 pounds at 11 weeks old! He and Shiloh get along well unless Karl tries to NURSE! Not happening, exclaims Shiloh. Karl is the most laid back puppy I have ever encountered. Tuesday, September 29, 2009.

Inviger denna fredag med go frykost på balkongen. Mitt hembakta bröd, fil och ägg. Har två träningspass på schemat idag och sen tar jag helg. Kvällens middag, en super enkel kycklingsallad. Gjorde även en egen dressing av creme fraiche, majonäs, olivolja och goda kryddor. Detta är en kanon maträtt om man vill ha många matlådor. Begav mig sen ut på en 5km lång pw i solen.
