Monday, April 25, 2011. The kids and I attended an Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Sheppard of the Valley at Bear Creek Park. It was a beautiful, sunny day for this outdoor event. They had several blowup activity gyms, face painting. And tattooing for the kids. an art station and of course the Easter. There were a ton of eggs to find. It helped that it was all broken down into different age groups. Each child was to collect 10 eggs and then it because a free for all.

He was so sweet as to get my 3 besties from college together with their significant others to meet up in McCall for the weekend. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Hsiaoyukeng contains a multitude of volcanic fumaroles, sulfur crystals, hot springs, and landslides. The bright yellow sulfur crystals form at the openings to the vents in a vast area where the mountain appear to have slid away. It is reminiscent of geothermal activity found in Yellowstone, but located in a massive scare in the mountainside with a pile of rubble at the bottom.

Tuesday, July 7, 2009. On May 31, Kyra turned six years old! Her birthday was on a Saturday this year, so we had the whole day to party! It was just the four of us, but we had a great time. Kyra got to pick the activities. First we went to see the movie up, which happened to open the day before. We saw it in 3-D, which was awesome! Then off to Chuck E. Cheez, oh yeah! We love you Kyra!
