A friend of mine who has been very involved in several court cases that have made a positive impact for gun owners in Washington DC recently testified on Bill 20-930. He sent me a copy of his testimony and I wanted to share it with all of you. I am honored to call him my friend and I am thankful for his continued effort to fight for the rights of gun owners.
