Saw it on Americas Test Kitchen PBS; www.americastestkitchen.com and was very inspired to get into the kitchen. I wouldnt make a single change to the recipe - it is absolutely perfect as is. I hope you try it and enjoy! 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour 5 ounces, plus more for dusting work surface. 12 teaspoon table salt. 34 tablespoons ice water.
