The other good news, and considerably more exciting, is that we have bought a house! This house is bigger than our last house and its on a hill, so we dont have to worry about ever moving again! Its a for sale by owner deal, so I learned a ton about real esta. Closing on the house is scheduled for the 31st of July. The count down is on!
