Wednesday, 10 November 2010. The recurring foot injury really put an end to my 10k jogging ambitions but Ive discovered a glimmer of hope! I did a lot of swimming over the summer to try and strengthen my foot, which has been great, but anything even of moderate impact has proved too much for it really.
