Thursday, May 17, 2012. I just got to Pemba Mozambique last night and after two days of traveling I can only say that I am exhausted! The place is beatiful and the people that I will be working with are very nice people.

Not only have I managed to complete an intensive Masters program, I am currently working full time and have two job offers for next year. This year has been one of many up and downs, but with the support a great team, passion and the help of a higher power I have made it through. Teaching should derive from a place.

KFC Sues Chinese Companies Over Alleged Eight-Legged Bad Chicken Rumors. S KFC is suing three companies in China for allegedly spreading rumors about the quality of its food, including that its chickens have eight legs, a move that comes as the fried-chicken company fights to regain lost ground in one of its most critical markets. The move also comes as Yum attempts to win back consumers.
