Wednesday, July 8, 2015. The Virginia Creeper Trail is an old railway now purposed into a bike trail through the mountains of Virginia. From the top of mountain, and I use that term loosely since mountains are more like hills around these parts, it is a seventeen mile coast down to the bottom. We headed up to Virginia Friday morning with our friends the Starks. We anticipated a leisurely ride, enjoying the scenery, and stopping for picnics and play. Hah! We loaded up and began our decent.
Sunday, November 2, 2008. The day after Halloween we had some friends over for Training Table Style Burgers, Homemade fries and potato chips and I made this delicious and festive Popcorn.
Sunday, September 16, 2012. Istanbul was one of our favorite stops. It is so different from anywhere else. It felt like we were walking through the Disney movie Aladdin at some points. As we were pulling out of the port, the coastline was covered with Islamic mosques. Rob making friends with some local boys outside the Blue Mosque. Um a living lounge? Learning quic.
Sunday, April 8, 2012. Gavin turned 5 in March. He is such a big boy. He is so smart and loves to learn. He is my little buddy. He loves to sing and play and is just happy all around. We love his fun personality and the funny things he says. He is a good big brother and friend to other. I am a little sad that he is getting big. Have you seen a Leprechaun?
