Sunday, February 22, 2015. I have been religiously attending. My first week I lost 5 pounds and felt a lot of muscle pain. So Like I said the first week I lost 5 pounds. Then last Sunday and Monday we went to Disney. And I had carbs and sugar. Not crazy but something at every meal. And when I weighed myself Tuesday morning back at home I was back up to 244. This week I have been mad. I am hoping that even more weight .

Now available in sugar-free and reduced fat! February 8, 2010. Water, and skim milk for my two-day liquid diet. We had a carton of Pacific Foods Curried Red Lentil Soup. In the pantry, so I poured two cups into a bowl and heated it in the microwave.

My mum is doing better on the chemotherapy, but as a few of you know I have made the hard decision not to come to Chicago in September as I felt it was the wrong time to be away from all my family and I felt very selfish spending so much money on myself with so much going on at home. This is about my journey into the land of Lap-Band. After struggling with my weight for all of my adult life, I have decided to do finally something about it. My Surgery Date was December 11, 2009. Monday, August 16, 2010. 8 months and 33 pounds later. Not thrilled with the results or the pics. I now see just how much harder. I have to work and how much further I have to go. I am motivated!
