Day Six of Route to Management. I took a while to get to sleep last night, there were a few neighbours up being a little rowdy. When I got home I dialed into another conference call. After that I had a quick shower and went shopping with the missus. I bought some cleaner and degreaser for the bike.
Tuesday, 3 April 2018. As befitted a grey, rainy Easter weekend we did very little. Saturday was quiet - slept late, gym, chores round the house, dog walk, bottle of wine with meatballs and spaghetti for supper. Easter Monday was a trip to Sunderland for.

So my apologies to everyone for deserting you, but rest assured for anyone who cares, I have now been off the diet for a few months, I put on only 2lbs in that time, which is absolutely astounding and which makes me grin every morning when I look in the morning.
