So, we set the closing date for April 15th, so that we can take advantage of the tax credit, which requires current home owners to have been in there primary residence for at least 5 years.

Mike began a very hectic work schedule in December that lasted through May and basically left us completely overwhelmed. He would work 6-7 days each week and at least 10 hours each day, sometimes more. Needless to say, it was a difficult season for all of us! Wednesday, December 29, 2010.
