Ramblings of a thirty-something not so yummy mummy. Sunday, 13 April 2008. Everything comes to an end. On Friday night my pregnancy came to an abrupt end and today my blog comes to an end. Not quite so abrupt but an end all the same. I reached 6 weeks pregnant last weekend and for anyone following my story, that means I finally got my GP referral to enable me to go for an early ultrasound scan. Facing up to the reality I had miscarried, I then spent seven hours at the grotty NHS hospital.
Yeah for Benadryl, kind of. One cold down, a million more to go. No more mucus, please. What is their purpose? Well the meet.

Tuesday, June 03, 2014. Change is on the horizon. So a few months ago, I was thirsty for change. Change is coming and our wide open summer just got a whole lot shorter. The biggest of all changes, I got a full time job! Sweet because it means more income, no more night classes and benefits. It is bitter because it means no more volunteering at the kids school, Mondays with Jeff, and days home alone to clean, organize, relax. Life is definitely going to be busy in the future, but it is what we all need.CONTENT
