Have I gone blind? I wondered. I felt a little afraid. Could you go blind overnight? Maybe How had it happened? Was it because Ive been spending so much time under the hot sun, photographing houses? But Ive been wearing a hat! No sunglasses though. What if I am blind? There goes my career, not to mention this fabulous summer job. Whoever heard of a blind photographer? Im blind. Christ! Such is a power failure in a basement apartment. So I thought Id share my experienc.

Wednesday, 15 August 2012. Actually its a cat in the subway story. A cat on the subway tracks, to be specific. So there I am, Dupont subway station, 12.30 in the afternoon. On my way to Bloor Street to pick up some sickbed essentials i.e. reading material, Perrier, and oranges and be with the other humans for awhile, because its lonely down here in the cellar with only the Brand Power lady for company. Is that a cat? He calls across to the workers on my side. Nobody else on either platform seems to n.CONTENT
