The Who Dat, What Dat, Where Dat of my Beloved New Orleans. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. In case you were wondering I stuck with a familiar flavor, strawberry lemonade. I love the ATL skyline from Piedmont Park. As a true blue city girl, it was such a cool mix of being surrounded by nature but not being too far away from the concrete jungle.
Last Saturday, however, I woke up in a forest, by the water. While in Sechelt last weekend I made a stop at Sew Easy. On this trip I did a bit of reconnaissance, and returned the next day for some purchases. Ground Control to Major Pom.
In mid December, my husband and I flew to South Florida to visit his family, and amid the family time, I was able to see the water twice. These images were taken in the vicinity of Naples, during a beautiful sunset. My second trip to the beach was for power walking, so my camera stayed home. Portland parks in early fall. Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Last night I cooked Elk steaks for dinner. Bubba discovered that he likes Elk meat. He ate the portion I gave him, then asked for more. then before bed he asked for more. AGAIN he requested more today, so I cooked more. This is a very big deal for the picky eaters at my house. Sunday, June 19, 2011.
Or at least what i choose to write about it. I still pay for this account, so i guess i should use it sometimes, huh. Everything about the movie fit into a nice neat package for me - nothing felt overly drawn out, nothing felt left out, and the pacing of everything felt exactly right. The only real complaint I can lodge is that Ive only ever seen Aldis Hodge in Leverage.
