Life Looms Large

Monday, July 1, 2013. This spring, a new plant appeared in our garden. The flowers are about 2 inches long. It moved in on top of some coral bells. I hope I can separate them next spring! The plant on the left is a toad lily from Rolling Green Nursery. That I added to the garden last fall. I wonder if seeds for my new garden volunteer hitchhiked on that toad lily somehow. If you know what this plant is, please let me know in the comments or via email! Saturday, May 26, 2012. In February, Main Street Art.

Life, Art, Music and Writing. December 31, 2016 in Uncategorized. I personally will be glad to see the back of 2016. My personal dislike for the year is reflected in the amount of writing I have done. Virtually none! I understand in my heart that the death toll is not necessarily higher than normal and that some of the people I admired are older and not immortal but that does not lessen the impact this year has had on my heart and soul.
