Friday, January 29, 2016. A lot has been going on a lot this past year. Gianni is now 14, still playing softball and I am still traveling with her as much as possible. I am still quilting, trying to do a lots more of that. Sunday, February 9, 2014. Today is Sunday and we are snowed in today, although the roads are pretty clear our porch is not, nor is our uphill driveway. I am a winner! .
Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Today we had a repair man come to the house to repair a recliner we purchased two years ago. We rarely have repairmen in the house since my hubby is very handy at fixing pretty much anything but since this piece of furniture has a lifetime warranty on the mechanism and that was the problem. Tom was here to put in the new parts. He talked about how well children who are home schooled do on tests, how most of them turn out as great citizens and just, in general, bragging on them.

It is cool here at our house today, but will be back in the 80s by the end of the week. Summer just doesnt want to let go. Still, we try for a fall-like mood. I havent baked any pumpkin bread, yet, but will be making some soon. In the meantime, to cool down a bit, we enjoy this frosty pumpkin treat. 14 cup of sugar or sweetener of your choice. 34 cup of milk.CONTENT
