Life Aint a Sprint, Its a Marathon. Friday, September 9, 2011. I cant believe it has been a full year since my last blog post. Thats shameful. But thats not to say I havent run in a year. In fact, Im a more consistent runner than I have ever been. Today was speed work - alternating between 6.0 MPH and 7.0 MPH for 2 minutes each. It allowed me to finish 4 miles in 3704 - a PR for me. I take for granted the fact that I have been strong and healthy and injury free for this entire experience. 4 years.
