Sunday, June 2, 2013. We had some friends over for a BBQ this evening and I whipped up this super tasty dessert in no time at all! Everyone loved it and it was gone within 5 minutes of bringing it out. Let me mind you that there were only 6 of us there at the time. All you need is 3 SIMPLE ingredients. Slowly pour 12 oz of Sprite over the top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min.

Thursday, June 6, 2013. Just 2 days after her birthday, she finished preschool, and is now getting ready for kindergarten in the Fall. She did so great in preschool and loved it. I hope that she will do just as well in kindergarten. Some things to remember about my Alexis at 5-years-old. She still continues to LOVE horses! She also loves to play house .

Friday, August 14, 2015. Someone is 3 months old! It was the weirdest thing for me to realize that I now have an infant, not a newborn. But at the same time, I LOVE how fun Baby Girl is at this age. She is learning all sorts of new things and is so happy and smiley. Unfortunately this month Baby Girl decided that she DOES NOT like her carseat anymore.
