Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Osborne and Brown - Warning. We saw this bench on their website, and decided to buy it. It turns out that they have some fairly onerous practices and terms. First they charge you for the goods as soon as you they are in stock, not just before they are shipped. But the shipping is rubbish after 4 weeks we found another one locally and cancelled our order. How can any commercial business sit on stock for that long? They said they would refund that day, but nothing happened.
