Sunday, September 4, 2011. It was with some trepidation that we suggested the staff of Mandurah Libraries undertake Web 2. The usual barriers of time, access to technology and relevance were all considered. Was it achievable? Was it a good use of resources? Yes Yes. Twenty-five staff began the course and, to date, eighteen have completed it. Access to technology was ever interesting, with the occassional glitch and inability to access necessary websites.

ADVENTURES IN MALAWI

Sunday, October 27, 2013. Well, my time here is windng down. Only about 4 weeks left. This week I went to Vwaza Wildlife Reserve. I saw hippos, elephants, kudu, impala, baboons, and tons of guinea fowl. The music was very cool though, I never thought I would hear a tribal drum as part of a Catholic Mass.
