What a cool analogy! Even though I have never been an instructor or been whitewater rafting, somehow I can understand the comparison of white water rafting to teaching. There is no predictability in white water rafting or teaching. You never know what is around the corner or what problems you might run in to on your journey.

Sunday, July 24, 2011. How do I come across fairly to all my students? Some of my students require more attention than others. Some students need the extra help with their homework, classroom activities, and lab assistance when performing a welding task. How am I able to accommodate all my students in a fair manor?
