Of coarse we would only go if it was not raining.which is about only every 3 years or so. We were a fair weather parade going family. Then there was the Princess Court! Beautifully awkward teenage Princesses in overly princessy gowns! Then one of them got to be Queen.QUEEN of the ROSE PEOPLE! A US Road Atlas.
