I have adored the unique perspective you get on the energetics, subtle aspects of the practice that you begin to intuitively sense from watching someone else practice and adjusting them. Me questiono muito, além de sofrer uma certa pressão social por conta do meu trabalho. Ah sim, conto muitas histórias pra eles, invento, reinvento, mas brincar, suar com eles, tenho lá as minhas dificuldades. Meu repertório de brincadeiras é limitado. E muitas vezes estão só no plano mental. Em casa eu não podia.

I experienced sort of a relationship roller coaster during the Fall while sorting out life stuff. I hoped that some years of practice would help me see my thought patterns for what they were, but I did a great deal of wallowing and giving into them. Same as with any other breakup-makeup cycle. Holy shit! So there you have it.

Wednesday, March 22, 2006. I sit in an internet cafe with a long wall mirror which is decorated with scrunched al-foil around the edges. This compliments nicely my recent obsession with the mighty glad-bag when packing for overseas excursions, it has become my best friend.
