Sunday, January 25, 2015. Being a party of five is a whole new ballgame. Well, here we are. five months since my last blog post and the Sharktank is now a family of five. I would love to say it was an easy transition, but the first few months were an adjustment for all of us. We are so thankful for our newest addition and love how she fits into our family so well. Matthew and Natalie love her and are such a big help with her and we are looking forward to the future as a party of five! Matthew jumped righ.

The trials and tribulations of transforming my lazy self by my 40th birthday. Sunday, July 27, 2014. So, things are off to a slow start. Of course, it is in no way my fault. Life has been busy. Very busy. Work, kids, keeping up the house, blah, blah blah. Who has time to plan healthy meals and exercise? Most days I am lucky to get 6 hours of sleep. I love sleep. I miss sleep. Why would I want to give up any of my precious sleep to spend the wee hours of the morning working out? Shut the front door. I.CONTENT

Monday, March 21, 2011. Maui Tsunami - The Next Day. This is the beach at Kalama Park - this should all be filled in with water, but it has all pulled out. Walking where there should be water. Strange sight seeing what is normally under water. This is at the cove. Usually you can only see this rock at low tide. As you can see the water is pulling out.
