Tuesday, July 15, 2008. 1 12 C. Vegetable Oil. 6 Mashed Overribe Bananas. 1 12 tsp. Salt. 1 12 tsp. Baking Soda. 2 C Chopped Nuts Optional 1 C. Sour Cream. Grase and flour 3 bread pans. Heat oven to 325. In large bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs, sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and salt. Sift flour and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Divide batter into loaf pans, filling 12 to 23 full. Sprinkle about 2 T. sugar over batter. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes. Posted by Layton Mom. I adde.
