During this session we practised the use of Windows Media Encoder. It is a program which captures the screen and the actions that are taking place in it and turns it into a playable video. It also captures the sound, or the narration, that the maker of the video speaks. Me and Lauri did our video in two parts and used Windows Movie Maker to combine these two parts.

Friday, 30 October 2009. Image Editing 29.10.2009. Today we learned how to edit images using Irfan View and GIMP. I had seen Irfan view before but didnt know how to use it to the full potential. I had never used GIMP before. I removed a skyscraper from mine and after, it looked like it was never there in the first place! I have learnt alot this lesson and really enjoyed it too.
