Creating Hand Made Health with the Craft Practitioners. Designing and Creating Linocuts is My Happy Passion by Karyna. I absolutely enjoy every chance I get to create any of my designs and crafts. I especially love the smell of certain inks and the feeling I receive from a successful finished print, in this case my linoleum block prints, also known as linocuts. Its wonderful therapy and just plain enjoyable to do.

Sunday, August 18, 2013. I wanted to take just a few lightweight knits that would mix and match with each other. A couple of skirts, a couple of pairs of pants, a couple of tees plus the dress for the wedding. Below is the gorgeous fabric for my dress and the slip that goes under it. It is time to reflect on the year and how quickly it passed by as I think of all the friends I will be in touch with this time of year and some that have passed and will only be wonderful memories. I met some Winnipeg friends in Victoria in February for a chilly but fun few days. Jan and I went on a mini vacation to Lake Powell, Bryce National Park and Zion which was fantastic. Even though the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion are all beautiful rock formations they are so different. Each one has its own beauty.
